Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign a standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in. If these policies are violated it will result in your reservation being terminated with no refund and guests asked to leave premises.
