Great community—clean, quiet, and well maintained. The office team is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience.

Maintenance requests do get handled, it sometimes takes a little time, but always within a reasonable range. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely try to help whenever they can.

The rooms can get a bit warm in the summer, so you... should expect slightly higher utility bills from running the AC, but it’s manageable.

The location is great, right next to Whole Foods, not too far from Georgia Tech’s campus, and directly across from a MARTA station, which makes getting around really convenient.

There’s also a solid old-school style gym. If you know your way around exercises, it has everything you need for a good workout.

Perfect customer service and communication. The activities are always fun, I just wish they made them Sunday! The location is just perfect to use public transportation. Specially with Atlanta traffic is so convenient to have the option to cross the street and take a bus or a train! The bars and restaurants around are just top notch, walkable to a lot of places!

I’ve had a positive experience overall. The management team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is kept clean and safe. A few minor improvements could make it even better, but it’s a great place to live.
