Arts Center Tower Apartments

Perfect customer service and communication. The activities are always fun, I just wish they made them Sunday! The location is just perfect to use public transportation. Specially with Atlanta traffic is so convenient to have the option to cross the street and take a bus or a train! The bars and restaurants around are just top notch, walkable to a lot of places!

I’ve had a positive experience overall. The management team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is kept clean and safe. A few minor improvements could make it even better, but it’s a great place to live.

Residing at Arts Center Tower has been an amazing experience so far. You truly can’t beat the location—directly across from the MARTA station, walking distance to grocery stores and the BeltLine, and just a short stroll to plenty of restaurants and bars.

Although it’s an older building, it comes with its perks. The walls are so solid that you’ll hardly notice you even have neighbors.

What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Maintenance goes above and beyond, always... responding quickly and with a great attitude. Both the leasing manager and property manager are consistently kind and helpful, and they put real effort into organizing monthly resident events that are always a hit.

I have lived here for more than 25 years. I like the convenient location, the layout of the apartment, the views afforded by high rise living and the courtesy of the staff.

The move in process was very easy. The leasing agent, Hailie, was so supportive and went the extra mile for me while I was applying to live in the community. Everyone here seems really nice as well!
