I want to highlight my tour with Ms. Sheri. She was very knowledgeable with the community, qualifications and overall requirements and left me not having to ask any additional questions. I cannot recommend

I cannot recommend this place to anyone in good faith. I can't say enough how dissatisfied I have been with any type of maintenance request, it's simply atrocious.

Do not apply here

They do not answer the phone and require 6 months worth of paystubs. You’ll be accepted anywhere else much easier. The quality of the apartments are not that good either. Save yourself the headache

The absolute worst rental experience of my life

I have never been so nickel & dimed in my life. Not only do they pass through every single charge from their own insurance to services that I didn't use (such as the valet trash service ON TOP OF the dumpster fees), the apartment was old, dirty, and damp.

RUN AWAY from this property and save your time, money, and sanity.
