I cannot recommend
I cannot recommend this place to anyone in good faith. I can't say enough how dissatisfied I have been with any type of maintenance request, it's simply atrocious.

Do not apply here
They do not answer the phone and require 6 months worth of paystubs. You’ll be accepted anywhere else much easier. The quality of the apartments are not that good either. Save yourself the headache

The absolute worst rental experience of my life
I have never been so nickel & dimed in my life. Not only do they pass through every single charge from their own insurance to services that I didn't use (such as the valet trash service ON TOP OF the dumpster fees), the apartment was old, dirty, and damp.
RUN AWAY from this property and save your time, money, and sanity.

Roaches/Rodents/unwanted fees
there are roaches no matter how much you clean. there are rodents in these apartments and all they do is set traps and leave. you will have to deal with rodents yourself. You will be charged fees for no reason. we were charged for "vacant gas" even though we have paid for it every month.
