Moved in last year of June, they all be nice in the office until they get you into the apartment then they don’t like to answer emails unless you sending them your 90 day move out notice then they want to know why you want to move. They towed my car and then threw out every ones bbq grill and didn’t have no type of remorse non the less answered my email. I just won’t ever refer anyone to move here. Bottom line!!!!

Applied here and was about to move in until we found out that they had just painted the bathroom and we wouldn’t be able to use it for three days and they had a guy come to clean the carpets and he told us the chemicals he uses we should be in the apartment for two days and they still wanted us to move in and told us not to worry about it. Still no hot water Smh . I asked nicely if they could make sure my water heater was working before the day was out it’s been 2 day and I come home still to no hot water, which to me is very much insane. It’s also been 3 months and we still have to drive all the way to the post office to pick up our mail. Such an inconvenience, The hallways smell like and urine. And people leave there trash by there door for days with other stuff lying around making the stare way look unappealing.

Be careful, a lot of the 5 star reviews are from people who had a nice tour but never moved in. Moving in was a struggle, there were several miscommunications between staff members and several times where staff just completely dropped the ball. After I got upper management involved, however, the situation was amended. That's where 1 star is coming from. The other star is from the fact that my unit is nice enough, I don't hear my upstairs neighbors, and the complex is dog friendly. Now, after... living here for 6 months, I can say that the grounds are not adequately tended to (garbage and broken glass everywhere), the pool is never open, and when it is open, its dirty, the trash compactor is always overflowing and smelly, and there's a really bad issue with standing water and mosquitos. I can rarely step outside for ten seconds without getting swarmed. Not to mention my car was broken into on memorial day weekend and the gates are always wide open. Staff isnt very quick responding to work orders, and when they do respond to a work order, they're unprofessional. Had one staff member ask me to leave my apartment door unlocked for him as I was leaving because he didnt have his key. Another time I had put in a work order for a leak in the kitchen, came home from work to see they had fixed the leak but set one of my kitchen towels on fire and knocked my trash can over. There are just so many things this place is lacking. It's crazy to me how rental corporations like this expect us to fork over so much of our money on time every month but they cant even provide us with a dignified living space.
