Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin, rolled to the end of the road Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup, or a fee will be incurred. In the event of a system failure, neither the property owner nor management shall be liable for damages, and no refunds will be given, though efforts will be made to repair or replace the failed system. Management is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, pests, construction, or other reasons beyond its control. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Management recommends guests carry insurance to protect their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are nonrefundable; cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. For bookings where the partner acts as the merchant of record, standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable, and a surcharge will be applied to cover card-processing and administrative costs for any refund issued.
