If your apartment doesn’t require major maintenance issues then you’ll be fine, you’ll like it here. For me I had issues after issues with my apartment and maintenance either takes weeks to fix it or they don’t come at all. I’ve had to walk in the office to talk to the property manager personally three times to get my issues fixed. I shouldn’t have to do that. Mold and leaks should be a high priority issue. If they would just overhaul there maintenance here it would be a whole lot better.

My experience here is Excellent, I love quietness out and how people out here stay them selves, I pray that ya'll continually doing a good job out here in the community, I pray and hope that ya'll will expand in the community, and ya'll push for ya'll goals in this community as well.

I love the community around here. The people are nice and helpful when needed. The apartments are very affordable considering how old they are.

The moving process went smoothly. My only issue is that I don’t feel like maintenance. Did a very good job preparing the apartment for move-in. They did not do a good job painting nor did they do a good job cleaning. It wasn’t extremely dirty but some of the cabinets and drawers were not cleaned.

Everything is good for the price but the pest control could be more consistent. The location is ideal for my needed travel for work and necessities.
