Its been really good so far would gave 5 stars but my sink needed to be fixed and they never cleaned the leaves off the balcony otherwise this is a very beautiful place and im glad I was accepted

Love the location and my apartment. A few more things need to be repaired. However, considering they are working to get things done, It been a very pleasant experience.

The two main reasons I've been an resident for so long here at Woodcrest Walk in lithonia is because of the location and rent price and how it doesn't just go up in a major way every lease term

Again , I’ve continue to enjoy my stay here. I really feel at “home”. My daughter feels safe. I have good neighbors. You hear the typical noise etc but overall everything’s good.

My first Apartment
My overall stay was okay. I stayed her for 3 years and it taught me a lot. Some good things were good customer service from the new management and staff. Some things that could have been done better is maintenance. They never truly fixed my A/C and they responded very late to alot of request. Communication could also be better. Woodcrest village is a good starter place for someone to learn how to manage bills and grow.
