Woodcrest Village

I like it here there are some nice things in the community however still can get improved. The trash gets packed really fast and sits on the side for days and my door hasn’t been fixed even though I made a request about 5 months ago, also the gates need to be fixed and I wish security was better with cameras etc because my car was broken into and nobody helped me.

Good experience moving into my new home. Easy process done in a timely manner. Few things still being worked on now but for the most part a good move in experience. Enjoy staying here

So far so good, The community seems to be a quiet and neatly kept. Other than that I have no issues as of now and once my patio is fixed I'll change to a 5

If your apartment doesn’t require major maintenance issues then you’ll be fine, you’ll like it here. For me I had issues after issues with my apartment and maintenance either takes weeks to fix it or they don’t come at all. I’ve had to walk in the office to talk to the property manager personally three times to get my issues fixed. I shouldn’t have to do that. Mold and leaks should be a high priority issue. If they would just overhaul there maintenance here it would be a whole lot better.

The only complaint I have is they don't make repairs in a timely manner and not being able to use all the outlets in my apartment. Work orders are not handled, you have to keep calling for things to get done
