Woodcrest Village

My overall stay was okay. I stayed her for 3 years and it taught me a lot. Some good things were good customer service from the new management and staff. Some things that could have been done better is maintenance. They never truly fixed my A/C and they responded very late to alot of request. Communication could also be better. Woodcrest village is a good starter place for someone to learn how to manage bills and grow.

The reason for the lower score is that it is hard to get things fixed promptly. If there is no need for maintenance in your apartment, you will be fine, but many people live in apartments so that they will not have the headache of repairs.

All went well a few small items need address yellow jacket nest on deck light, front door is very loose. No drain plug in master bedroom sink. Plug no strings to open blinds. Last one light bulb.

This is my first apartment ever so I didn’t know what to expect. But Ms.Vicky was very helpful and welcoming to me. The neighbors seem very nice and respectful.

My apartment was supposed to be renovated it was half done. Not mush in here new. I had to purchase and replace my own toilet seat. There was a roach in the apartment. The sliding doordoest lock its broken.the screen is hanging off the hinges. The cabinets are not new or atleast Clean.air vent is full of thick Dust. The aparment wasnt cleaned appropiat
