Woodcrest Village

WoodCrest walk is a nice place to live & it's quite mostly the time but my neighbors in the 900 building is always arguing all times in the late nights , early morning!!! And our gates been broken for over a year I know & the front office said that the gate will be working again September 2nd & no luck it still broken. And last but not lease the staff doesn't answer the phone like they suppose to!!!

Just renewed my lease and I’m starting to feel a little iffy on my decision. Since they switched trash companies, the dumpster near my building is hardly ever picked up and is constantly overflowing to where there’s stuff all over the ground. It’s an eyesore and smelly. Someone threw a mattress and other furniture just out into a parking space in front of my building 2 weeks ago and it’s just now being picked up. I’m not sure if there’s illegal dumping going on, but I constantly see people... pulling up to the dumpster dropping off furniture, appliances, etc. “Emergency” maintenance is a joke. I had a flood in my apartment this weekend and while it is now fixed, the urgency is non existent. I called the emergency maintenance line about 5 times the day of the flooding and no one ever contacted me back so I had to go and purchase a shop vac to get the water out myself, which is unacceptable. At first I was skeptical but they reassured me & made sure i was comfortable after things went wrong the manager & vickie made sure they got it right & I appreciate that U love my new place.

So far so good. Just little hiccups but can be fixed. The neighborhood is so peaceful and beautiful. Wish my balcony had a full cover up but I will make it work

I like it its very quiet and peaceful the staff at the leasing office is very supportive and very attentive and also very respectful i really am happy here
