I love living here, the community is very quiet and nice. However; the kids that play in the street do not care about people’s cars. Other than that it’s amazing

Courtney and Paige are remarkable leasing agents very caring and supportive of all of your needs very prompt when you put in a maintenance report definitely exhibit above and beyond I'm very happy to be living in this community safe environment nice neighbors beautiful landscape amazing floor plans

Love the community and apartment, wish that it was fully ready for move in. The air was full of odor and A/C was frozen so ready for a new A/C unit.

A place to feel truly at home
As a resident at Highland Park for many years, I can confidently recommend this neighborhood to anyone who wants a solid community feel. It’s a wonderful community well located in Sandy Springs which has so very much to offer. I have so many people here who started off as neighbors that I now consider friends. The management and staff have been so good at cultivating that sense of community among us all. They put great care into our homes, beautiful pool and grounds, it supports people to not... just live here but to thrive here.
