Highland Park Atlanta

The best parts of living at Highland Park Atlanta are the wonderful staff (Manager and Assistant) and the relatively peaceful setting. Central location is also a plus, as we are with 15 minutes to everything we need. However, the maintenance of our apartment on moving in was concerning. We spent a full day cleaning cabinets, floors, etc. of previous tenant(s) dirt, clogged drains full of hair, grease in oven drawer. We submitted list of maintenance items needing attention from property staff,... majority of which have not been addressed a week later, including a leaking toilet. We are sure things will improve. I've lived in Highland Park for over 4 years now, and it's truly a community I love! I enjoy our resident events, our staff are incredible and super helpful. Paige, Courtnay, Philipe, and Jerry are a top-notch team and work really hard to make our community a pleasant place to live. They go above and beyond! Such a great community that the city even deemed us the best community in Sandy Springs! This is all due to the wonderful work the team does.

Although we've just moved in, we're extremely happy with how quiet and clean the environment is here. We love the spacious apartment, friendly staff, the great amenities, and the other residents are so friendly, making us feel right at home. The in-unit laundry and gated community have also been game-changers for us too!
