I enjoy living here. Good community and a great maintenance team. They just redid the pool for the summer! Overall I would recommend living here

The appartment is beautiful, the comunity is very respecful and quiet, the ofice is very elegant and the beautiful ladies at the office are always kind and ready to help me.

We just moved in, but the staff has been very kind and helpful. The community is very pretty and well kept, except for the exception of some trash in the breezeways. The apartment is clean and spacious. No noise or loud tenants so far. The amenities are great!

We’ve had a very positive experience so far. From touring to signing and moving in—was smooth. The front office has been very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I greatly appreciate that!

The best parts of living at Highland Park Atlanta are the wonderful staff (Manager and Assistant) and the relatively peaceful setting. Central location is also a plus, as we are with 15 minutes to everything we need. However, the maintenance of our apartment on moving in was concerning. We spent a full day cleaning cabinets, floors, etc. of previous tenant(s) dirt, clogged drains full of hair, grease in oven drawer. We submitted list of maintenance items needing attention from property staff,... majority of which have not been addressed a week later, including a leaking toilet. We are sure things will improve.
