No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Please do not park any car on the street after 9 pm, with a maximum of 4 standard size cars allowed on the premises. This is a pet-free rental unless prior authorization is given. The property is equipped with cameras around the outside front and back for added security. Guests are required to follow all community guidelines listed inside or on the property.
