Valet parking service is available through the hotel for $45 per day (price subject to change). Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out at the lobby Bell Desk for $2 per bag (price subject to change).
The location is highly convenient, with the beach just a 4-minute walk away and the Ala Moana Shopping Center, one of the largest outdoor malls in the country, just a 10-minute walk away. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. To guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure. Laundry facilities are available on each floor. There is no access to the Ilikai fitness center or front desk, which are exclusively for Aqua-Aston guests. Starting the week of July 28, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from August 1, 2025, to October 16, 2025 (approximate dates). However, after 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as we're required to remove it for painting. There may be noise disturbances.
