I believe that Renew Aurora is very efficient at responding with an automated message. If Renew Aurora was efficient at actual maintenance, I would not feel compelled to even respond. I would much rather have not been locked out of the building at 11:30 at night and left hanging out to dry until I had to confront the building manager first thing the next morning after being locked into my own apartment. Concern I came home Friday evening to paper jammed in the door to keep it open. Did a work order. Seeing that’s it was after house and the weekend approaching, I went ahead to pull the part out

Apartment Renewal We very smoothly, just needed to slow down, and it went fine

Maintenance Submitted a request and they show up took a look and closed the ticket. This is very typical . Happens all the time.

Sucks Horrible I will let people know never to rent from you guys and I was a tenant for 10 years and the last 2 were the worse and it’s sad that this place is ok with losing good tenants!! And the smoking in the month last month was horrible and they did nothing about it!! But thank goodness I’m out of that place!! And let’s hope I get my money back since I left my apartment nice and clean!!
