I believe that Renew Aurora is very efficient at responding with an automated message. If Renew Aurora was efficient at actual maintenance, I would not feel compelled to even respond. I would much rather have not been locked out of the building at 11:30 at night and left hanging out to dry until I had to confront the building manager first thing the next morning after being locked into my own apartment.
