Staff and maintenance The office Manager Catherine has the skills to manage the Apt building here and Is very friendly,down to earth and very welcoming to you as a new tenant to the community.. Door handle / Balcony Hard to close, lock doesn’t work properly. You have close the door multiple times to get it in the right area honestly just a bad job!

Nice location. Needs upgrades and maintenance No water multiple times per month, sometimes for a few hours, sometimes for a few days. Locks on front door don’t work with key (right side, left side tricky). No upgrades to apartments that are currently rented. Ancient carpet, flooring, bathrooms and kitchen.
