We are very happy living here and just passed our 8 year anniversaryWe are so hoping that this will be our last Earthly home but we are on a fixed income and live on a strict budget. As a result, we are so hopeful that our rent remains affordable.

Kitchen stove Problem with stove for multiple visits. Right rear burner knob unusable. Front door fell apart on opening from rust and age. 2 weeks to replace new stove with delivery missing left rear footing. Multiple visits to replace but new unit does not fit against wall like previous due to cut of unit in rear. Should there be a lease adjustment after 2 weeks with no oven?

Maintenance Request I’ve had a very positive experience when submitting maintenance requests at The View Apartments, the maintenance gentleman was very prompt and polite and friendly. I appreciate the timely manner in which the requests are addressed.

Location, location, location as the Realtors say. I love living by the river. The grounds are kept neat and clean.
