Friendly! My fiancé and I went on a few tours in the area, but didn’t have any experiences like this one. Shakira was so nice, welcoming and professional . First impressions truly do matter when you are looking to move. I would feel confident moving in here just with the interaction I had from my tour!

Equipment not repaired Fan in bathroom does not work
Thermostat is broken where numbers should be indicated
Washer machine is soooo loud. Charging rent for the convenience of having it in your unit. I’d have to go to a laundromat
The living room floor was not cleaned after workers left.
Bedroom blinds does not go all the way down.

Success! I had a problem with tha carpeting in front of my front door on the porch, making it impossibble to actually open my door. Y

A job well done. When my sink clogged up a second time in one week on New Years Day I waited until Friday to call Maintenance. Two men arrived at 9 am and worked 2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves which I appreciateed. The were pleasant as they worked.A
