Thus far, my experience has been great. I like all the amenities (especially the sauna) and all the employees are nice. The only thing I don’t like is that the gym does not open earlier than 6am and many of the activities/lunch/ breakfast is during hours when I am at work, so it only works for people that work from home.

I used to absolutely love everything about living at Arrive Michigan Avenue. Recently however there have been several dogs that have moved in around my apartment and at least one of them barks very loudly ALL day and even throughout the night at times. My apparent used to be a place I very much looked forward to coming home to and a place I was able to really enjoy, but with the new and constant noise levels, I have had no piece at home. : (

Best place to live in the south loop area. Arrive Michigan Ave is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transit. Amenities are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Great place to live.

Great unit, price is similar to other spots in printers row/south loop. Cold plunge is awesome. -1 star for expensive parking, lobby smells like the dog sitter, no free weights/racks in gym (just smith machine).

The building has the moderna amenities I need such as sauna, steam and jacuzzi. The views are great as well. The staff is friendly. The onlu thing that could have been better is the washer-dryer unit
