Pros:
- Apartments are nice and clean
- The complex has nice amenities: pool, common areas, gym
- The staff are very nice and helpful
- Maintenance is quick and effective

Cons:
- Appliances are all the cheapest rental-grade ones.
- The kitchen exhaust simply recirculates air without filtering it. You will not be able to cook anything without filling the entire apartment with smoke and odors, and the cabinet above it will be covered in grease.
- The dishwasher washes about 50% of the time, and... is incapable of drying.
- No recessed lighting, so floor-standing lamps are required. Switched outlets are in the worst possible locations.

Too many loud dogs and kids, but they have very helpful, great staff, clean spaces like the gym, common area, and a good trash pickup service.

I’ve been very happy living here. The community is quiet, well maintained, and feels safe. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is consistently professional and helpful. The location is convenient, and overall it’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to call home. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid and reliable living environment.

Nice enough. Cleaning of the common areas (i.e. hallways and stairwells) as well as clearing of snow and ice in the parking ramp could be better.
