The setup of the community and area is fantastic. There have been some winter issues but they were super on top of fixing things. The amenities are superb and very accessible. It’s in the middle of a lot and makes it easy to get a coffee, pizza, a drink, or all your grocery needs. Priscilla in the leasing office was the first person who really sold us on the place and she was a massive part of this.

Constant roaches inside and outside my unit, elevators seem to be down every week, front desk does not call me each time I have a visitor to approve, multiple things breaking since I have moved in, packages always getting lost and delayed responses from management. Will not be resigning.
