The service in this building is extremely poor. Cold air is coming through the windows, which is completely unacceptable in a city like Chicago where winters are very harsh. The kitchen cabinets are very old and give off an unpleasant smell. Instead of properly fixing or replacing them, management simply paints over them and thinks the problem is solved. Whenever we raise concerns, they just say there is nothing they can do instead of actually resolving the issues. Overall, the management does... not take responsibility for maintaining the property properly.
