Great Entry Level Property

All around good bones, very well maintained, very well designed, property. Unit interiors as well and property grounds. Walkable shopping (Menards, Target, Dierbergs (high end grocery)). I-64 is close enough to be convenient yet just far enough to not hear it. Staff is exceptional. Good schools. This property is about as good as a 2000’s apartment community can be.

All around, it’s been a great spot to call home.

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Green Mount Lakes. The apartments are nice and quiet, and any time I’ve had an issue, it’s been handled quickly.

Maintenance is solid and actually shows up when you put in a request, which hasn’t always been the case at other places I’ve lived.

Also, shoutout to Travis, he’s super helpful and always on top of things. He really makes a difference here and genuinely seems to care about the residents.

All around, it’s been a great spot to call... home.

Green mount lakes apartments

Location

For the price of the apartments, having the nice view of the lake is great. Especially with the trail going around it. Its also relatively close to the mall and other shopping centers. But not too close so traffic isn't terrible near the apartments. Definitely worth the price to live here.
