Carpet Removal

I would like to take this time to say thank you to Ashley. She is very professional, and has a beautiful spirit. I really appreciate her getting things done in my apartment due to my health. She didn't hesitate to contact corporate for me concerning the carpet being removed. She have always responded back and has always answered any questions that I had. Thank you Ashley for everything that you have done, and thanks to timberland partners as well. Ashley you rock!!!!

Good but could invest more

I moved in around end of summer 2024, I applied and got approved for 2b/2b RENOVATED, unfortunately walked in to an apartment that was falling apart. They got me in a new place biggest 1b/1b and honestly love it, BUT coming from apartments with valet trash service and at least w/d hook ups has been a big inconvenience. Suggestion: add hook ups as new apartments are renovated (residents can lease/rent to own through appliance warehouse, and invest in valet trash 5x a week ($25 max/per household... is enough). Starting at the top of spring/summer 2025 would be great! Love it, but for over 1k, I am willing to spend $25 more for valet trash.

Great Staff

I moved in about a month ago, the staff is very friendly and quick to respond to maintenance. The community is quiet, and the grounds are well maintained. Great experience so far.

No first-time renters

Schedule a tour but when I get there I'm told that they don't accept first-time renters and then tell me there sister location down the street does which is $300 -$400 more then this complex. Very disappointing for someone that meets all other requirements to be rejected for a rule like this.

Great Rental opportunity

I moved in 6 months ago and so far I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly; the on site amenities are convenient, and they all work; and the few times I've needed maintenance they were quick and efficient.

The complex is confidently located near the freeway so commutes are a breeze and there are also several shopping options within walking distance.

I hope to stay for years to come.
