In the cold of winter and the super heat of summer I come home from work and am greeted with a cloud of "recreational smoke". EVERY room shares in the 'fun'. This is even when the lease clearly forbids smoking anything in the apartment. Maybe if I wasn't 65 years old and have a severe pulmonary disease... It's been 'looked into' before but I must have a super sensitive nose.
The office staff is great - friendly.

Pelican Cove is a beautiful property with exceptional service. The office staff and maintenance team were friendly, professional, and always helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community.

I’ve lived here for over a year and have no complaints.
The front desk staff are always kind and helpful, I don’t have trouble getting parking, and the community is great. The best by far though is the maintenance team, especially Drae. He is always cheerful and very efficient! Any problems I have get resolved quick and easy.
I really enjoy living here and would recommend it.
