I lived at Pelican Cove for 5 years and Whitney always provideds exceptional assistance in addressing any issues that comes up. The maintenance team is always prompt with their response.

Highly Recommend Pelican Cove!

Deondrae ROCKS!

I’ve lived here for over a year and have no complaints.
The front desk staff are always kind and helpful, I don’t have trouble getting parking, and the community is great. The best by far though is the maintenance team, especially Drae. He is always cheerful and very efficient! Any problems I have get resolved quick and easy.
I really enjoy living here and would recommend it.

The BEST PLACE TO LIVE

The staff is so attentive the attention to detail is amazing they make you feel like you are part of a family and they really care. The grounds are beautiful you can tell they really care about the residents and their living experience.
