The Lakes at Fountain Square Apartment Homes

I am writing to raise my concern about poor maintainance service of this community. They charge an extra 100$ for maintaince and the requests are never met on time. Issues regarding repair work take considerable amount of time despite repeated requests. The staff is not helpful either. Once there was an issue with the toilet flush which was an emergency request since there is only one toilet in the apartment, I was told i could the gym toilet. I was surprised at the curt response. They handed... over the apartment without doing basic repair including leakage from ceiling. The patio screen door could not be opened and we could not use the patio. The issue is not resolved despite multiple requests. The dryer of the laundry does not work at all. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Read More

In the interest of saving prospective residents time, we’ll keep this brief: if you are considering The Lakes (or any BH property), we strongly encourage you to pay close attention to the low-star reviews. In our experience, many of those concerns are not isolated and speak to a broader pattern of poor management.

It is disappointing to see a management approach that often feels more focused on extracting than fostering a positive living experience for residents.

Según nuestra experiencia, muchas de esas preocupaciones no son casos aislados, sino que reflejan un patrón más amplio de mala gestión y una inquietante disposición a imponer cargos siempre que sea posible.

Es decepcionante ver un enfoque administrativo que con frecuencia parece más centrado en sacar de la gente en vez de realizar una experiencia de vivienda positiva para sus residentes.

I get to meet different people from all over the world who have shared their family customs & friendships!

Like all properties you have good and bad highlights! I continued to see the glass half full & appreciate change!
