Awesome and Friendly!! The maintenance crew, at North Pointe, goes above and beyond! During my move in day, I had a few issues with some of the items in my apartment. I put in a request, not thinking I’d hear anything for a few days (I had that experience with another complex), but they can within half an hour to help fix my toilet and sliding door!

I would like to add that they are extremely friendly! Even with me driving in and out of the complex, they wave and smile! It’s a HUGE difference... in what I’ve dealt with before!

Cameron has always been great at getting my maintenance requests taken care of. I have been living here for more than six years and always tell people one of the advantages of living at Northpointe is that maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner.

Thank you very much They installed grab bars. I am 86 years old and very Mobile. I just feel safer having a grab bar and they did the extra special when I got home. There were two and that was wonderful thank you very much.
