Great service and really good maintenance

Been living here a few months, it's a great place to stay, the maintenance gets done really quickly and without any issues, and the service is great.

Best Maintenance Crew

Our A/C went out and the maintenance crew brought a portable A/C and the next day the A/C was fixed and working better than ever

Quick and reliable maintenance

The battery in my lock dropped below 25% and the maintenance crew were notified to make a work order to replace the batteries. I didn't have to put in a request and the technician came while I was at work and took care of the replacement.

Best place to rent!

I came hoping for an understanding staff, reasonable pricing, and nice apartments, they had all of it. Not only are they constantly making improvements, every time you have an issue it is fixed pretty much as quick as you can let them visit your place, even with it being a pretty big complex they make sure the job is done right. All in all, very peaceful and great place to rent.

I’ve been here 26 yrs, all my issues I’ve experienced has been resolved, nicest maintenance guys I know by name, I will admit during pandemic conditions were bad, they struggled getting help, but since 2022 I can see much improvements, conditions here are just as nice then anywhere , they make strong effort to make nicer, they are spending tons of money on improvements and I recognize that, I have all intentions to live here much longer. It’s a large complex (1100 units) so it’s a lot to... maintain, be patient, also recognize that some reviews you read are tenant issues, high expectations and not realistic. But management does get to it best they can.
