Nothing But the Best Landmark Apartments are such a beautiful place to live. The apartments are well maintained with many different styles and features.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If there any problems, they address them right away/in a timely manner. I have lived there for over four years and it’s been a wonderful experience.

Verified Renter

A/C leak Chris assessed the issue & remedied it within 15 mins. He put an additional filter directly into the unit to curtail any water dripping. Pan placed under A/C to monitor any further leaks.

Run down/dated/mold

Buildings are so old and very little to no renovations in 50yrs. My deck is completely dry rotted, 50yrs of paint in the walls so you touch the wall and paint chips off down to the drywall. Mold everywhere, laundry unit in building has ZERO ventilation it causes the walls in the building to actually be wet to the touch, it’s like a sauna from stream that it constantly sets smoke alarms off. Window by front of building has 2in gap from the top of window frame where glass has slid down and no... one’s replaced it (a year like that). It’s not worth the money. Have it inspected for mold if you do move in, I promise you will find some!

Quiet

Moved in 3 to 1 month ago. Apt is lovely, practically brand new! Don't care too much about patio area, just mud on my end til hot weather dries it up. Quiet, friendly. Maintenance is pretty ??. Hadn't had any of our request handled yet. Over all, it's nice. We still hope for a house n 2-3 yrs!

Landmark apartments

We are on lease #4 here. The apartments are older and need many updates, such as windows, doors, wood trim etc. The maintenance crew is pretty amazing. They usually come within a day or 2 of a minor complaint. The leasing office staff had been very helpful and nice to us. We've been going through rough times as of late. They welcome my dog, my credit isn't very good so we have slim pickings on apartments. They worked with me to get me in here. I didn't pay security deposits, I had to pay off... some old debts from other complexes or bills like electric. They went through hoops to get me an apartment. For that I am very grateful. The apartments are getting more and more expensive and we can't afford to stay here much longer. I wish we could stay longer. But with inflation and cost of living increases, we just can't make it work. However, for the price and what they did for me to get me an apartment, it was well worth it!!
