It's An OK Place to Live The Apartments appear to be fairly priced within the market and by location. They are conveniently located to many shopping areas and easy accress to Interstate travel and driving into the city.
However the buildings are older now and starting to show their age. All of the windows and patio door leaks air, allowing cold air into the apartments during winter. This increases our individual heatings costs.
Also, the buildings have become extremely noisy. As the Upstairs... neighbors walk across the floor it sounds like the floor boards are about to fall through the ceilings. I was told by local management that nothing could be done to fix this. I am an Engineer, I know better.
Parking is limited and can be a nightmare sometimes finding a place to park. A few of the neighbors are discurteous by parking in no parking areas and designated handicap spots, when they do not have the appropriate parking stickers. And damaged vehicles are occasionally abandoned for weeks at a time in the parking areas.
Most of the neighbors are considerate of others, But a few play loud music into the early moring hours keeping others awake. While others have children that run and jump through the apartments with random concern.
My only good comment is that the maintnenace staff does a good job repaing the problems that arise within the apartments. Read More

I don’t like being enrolled in something automatically and being told I can opt out . I should be given the option to enroll if I wish to.
