Amazing place to call home! Oak park is one of the most unique apartment complex’s around. With great amenities and beautiful grounds to walk along I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apt. maintenance team and office staff are awesome too!

Office staff is very passive aggressive and the rent is high for this area. It's not even close to "market rate". Don't let the photos fool you. Most every one of the amenities has issues. My recommendation is not to walk away from here... RUN!!!

Apartments constantly broke from the cabinets to the plumbing, I called maintenance at least TWENTY times during my year long lease.

If I can say absolutely anything that gets through to anyone, simply put; avoid this complex. Not only have we had issues since we moved in, the staff all around has shown that they do not care about what we put up with. The take money off our rent but they don’t fix the problems causing it. Several leaks in the ceiling, being told that there is asbestos in the walls and ceiling yet they allow us to have a hole in the ceiling. My girlfriend’s car was broken into and when we called to notify them... , they never even returned our call. Each and every time I call with these issues, I’m told the same thing; “I don’t know when we can fix it but I can call you as soon as I have an update.” I have never once got a call from any of them. I’ve spoke directly with their corporate office and they are no better. The renovations of this apartment are like a lemon car; they made it look nice but everything is messed up once you look closer. Messed up electrical sockets, very poor paint jobs, doors that don’t properly lock, windows not properly caulked allowing air in. Avoid oak parks. Read More
