Poor quality

Apartments not secure enough. Cars get broken into over nights.

Bad / poor policy. Parking a car for a week without driving it , it will be towed. And you have to deal with getting the car back , deal with the costs yet you ya resident of the apartments

Apartments Expensive yet Small and old . I had more than 15 maintenance requests for the same issue. They got number for maintenance but no one ever responded. Submitted through the online portal but takes time to resolve too.

Poor... Management, the staff really don’t care . Looks like they just there because they work there . Poor Customer Service. When ever I’m at the leasing office, they look angry, not even a single smile as if they got some internal , personal or they just got issues with you

Love it here

I chose an apartment without looking at the apartment first & I can say I am pleased ! New carpet fresh paint very clean & any issues you may have they will definitely take care of them !

Moving

I had file my application I got approved that was on Monday and my moving date was supposed to be on Friday. They really have no type of communication I’m the one that have to keep calling to ask if I’m really qualified to move in mind you today is Wednesday . She gunna tell me that the manager still reviewing my case . Not to be selfish but It don’t take 2 day to reviewing something.
