VITRA Apartments

I say a small prayer of "thank you God for letting me live here" everyday I look out my window of my apt on the 9th floor of The Residences.
I have lived in several different states and have been fortunate to live in several different homes, but this apt is my dream come true.
As a woman, I have all my needs met right here in this apt from safety, store conviences, security patrolled covered parking, excellent maintence and management group, indoor pool and exercise facilities.
I have been... fortunate enough to live in my 2 bedroom, 2 bath for almost a year.
This apt fits the young executive to the "older generation". I can't imagine living anywhere else in Indianapolis. Unfortunately, due to my finances, I know my time is limited here so for now, I tell people I'm "living the dream" for the moment.... Read More

The Residences at Keystone are a great place to live! The apartments are conveniently located to the Keystone Fashion Mall and many restaurants. It has a private feel to it, yet it's easily accessible! It has a pool, gym, etc... and management is easy to work with! Great place to live!

This apartment is located next to The Fashion Mall at Keystone Crossing. Along with restaurants like Friday's, PF Changs, Seasons 52, Benihana, The Cheesecake Factory and much, much more within a walking distance of less than ten minutes (and inside the same plaza), you are connected to a parking garage, a mall and other outlet stores. This apartment is extremely safe and has security guards guarding the parking garage, mall and apartment building. Oh, did I mention that the mall is CONNECTED to... the building? After going down the elevator I am a few short steps from the mall. There are several conventions that frequent the connected Sheraton Hotel, which provides for a diverse and ever changing culture on the hotel side of the building. Also on the hotel side of the building, you will find an indoor pool, an indoor sauna, free extra large washing machines (aside from the unit washer dryer in each apartment), and a full fitness center. Each cardio machine in the fitness center is connected to a television with basic cable. The entire location is pristine and 100% clean. The common bathrooms are luxurious. I lived there for a little more than a year.
It was overpriced to begin with and then when the year came the jacked up the price and had to move out.

Also, never returned my safety deposit even though the manager said that she had never seen an apartment as clean as mine when I was checking out. Then kept saying how the check would be in the mail in a few days. Now, four months later I called them back asking about the check and the manager tells me that they used to safety deposit to cover... some made-up fee.

Stay away from this place. It is not worth it. There are plenty of other better places in the vicinity. Read More
