Come in Every time the maintenance people come over to my apartment they are always nice and professional. When I am out walking the grounds they will wave to me when they see me. They always seem professional to me whenever I interact with them. Maria the cleaning lady in my building is very nice. She does a great job of keeping the building clean. She also does the same as the maintenance crew. Will wave when she sees me out walking the grounds

Smoke Detector The unit sounded without any cooking. They came and installed a new one. Great job done well.

Repairs Every repair I had to have done was in a timely manner and never had a problem after.

Door handle I will admit I haven't submitted too many maintenance repairs in the years I've been here. But every time I do, they arrive quick, get the job done quicker and are out. I have zero complaints. They have always treated me well

Good maintenance team I like the fact that maintenance showed up on time they came in. They got the job done and left without a mess.
