The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. This information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
