House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed. Extra guests require management consent. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
