Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or for a lost key fob. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Police will be called for violating this rule.
