Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old.
