The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through the verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
