There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. The minimum age is 22 (except students/interns). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
