Everything is going great! Response time for maintence is to notch. Area is clean. The only problem is the construction out front is going in a little later than promised.

Lovely community, very family friendly and walkable! So much to do nearby, and the apartment complex itself is so peaceful! Very commenter friendly, although I wish the bus ran on the weekends :( I had seen reviews that the walls were thin, but we have had no issues with that. We hear the occasional door shutting, but that’s all. One thing to note is if you have a unit facing the pool courtyard, be prepared to hear kids screaming from 10am-5pm every day in the summer.

The overall experience in living at Arlington 360 is very positive. The location of the community is very convenient for accessing the town as well as the public schools (for my daughters) and the community itself is very quiet. The public spaces are well maintained.

Enjoy it here! Management did a great job keeping apartment complex roads clear during a very snowy winter (2025-26). Leasing staff are very approachable & have helped me with several questions. Maintenance responded the same day about a maintenance request I submitted before a weekend re potential water leak sound in walls - very impressive.

Even though I am a renter, I feel myself at home at Arlington 360 townhouses. Things are under very friendly management team here and they often respond courteously and timely to tenants issues or repairs requests.
