Love Living at 212 Stuart!
212 Stuart has been a great place to live — amazing location, gorgeous apartments with stunning views, and a really helpful concierge team. The building is new, well-maintained, and move-in was super easy. Highly recommend!

Building is largely filled with students. As parents are paying rent there is not much care amongst residents about the community. Building has had multiple issues with rooftop area since opening requiring alot of closures and follow up construction. Building has changed concierge services multiple times since opening. Front desk doesn’t know residents. Largely anonymous feel. Don’t even know if we currently have a manager after last one left.

Great place to live
I moved in 3 months ago, the people here are exceptionally kind. It’s also a beautiful community and they hand out cookies/breakfast sandwiches/ hold festivities throughout the year.
It’s also in a safe neighbourhood.
All in all 10/10
