Graduated from Harvard University in 1980 with a BA in Economics and Cum Laude in General Studies The Cornu Management Company, Inc. – 1980-2013: 33 year career in property management including positions as Rental Agent, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Director of Condominium Management, Director of Residential Management, Vice President, Executive Vice President, President, CEO, and Co-Owner. Charlie enjoys a sterling reputation for honesty, transparency, hard work, as well as a true compassion for and interest in people. Throughout HUD, MassHousing, local and state government, as well as his local community, Charlie is respected for these same qualities, as well as his commitment to family, Church, and neighbor. Charlie has been married to Ellen Moy-Maneikis for 34 years. Ellen currently serves as a Vice President of the Board of Directors of The Maneikis Companies, Inc. while maintaining her true passion of serving the students of Boston Public Schools as a school nurse (1999 – present). Ellen and Charlie have 3 children – Stephanie age 31 who is Director of Fan Services and Entertainment for the Boston Red Sox, Charles age 29 who is founder of The Modern Dog Boston, and Gregory age 27 who resides in Austin Texas and is loving teaching high school English while embarking upon a music career.
