There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, and arrival instructions containing a navigational application that guides directly to the property will be sent 3 days prior to arrival.
