The Graphic Lofts

After three years living at the Graphic Lofts, my experience has been solid overall, but with a few recurring frustrations worth noting.

The building itself is well maintained. Common areas stay clean, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the units have held up nicely over time. From a purely physical-building standpoint, it’s been reliable.

Where things fall short is the package room. Door is broken, and packages are not well organized. For a building of this size, that’s a real... inconvenience.

The other missing piece is community. Despite the amenities and shared spaces, there’s not much of a resident culture or sense of connection. If you’re looking for a building with active events, social engagement, or a strong neighborhood feel, this isn’t quite it.

I love living here, it’s Quiet, safe clean you can have dogs and cats here is close by everything schools malls train station. There’s no smoking of any kind you can go up on the roof and barbecue and just sit there and relax drink your coffee or whatever the staff is wonderful it will help you as much as they can.

Still really enjoy the graphic lofts! My unit is next to Rutherford so if I open my windows it gets really loud. However I h guess that's built into the price! Staff and maintenance are very responsive. Good community.

I really enjoy living here despite the high rent! It’s very clean and the amenities are great, but I guess you get what you pay for. Also our neighbors are very kind

I just moved in this past week. The move in was very easy and stressfree. The staff is very friendly and helpful, amenities are good, and residents are friendly.
