It has been a very enjoyable experience living at The Cove.
I am a single women with two dogs and I have felt safe and feel my dogs are safe when I leave to go to work.
The building is secure with only key access.My building is quiet and only occasionally do I hear or see others. People are considerate of their neighbors.
The public park (dog friendly) is walking distance and connected to The Cove that allows off leash on odd days and on leash on even days. Most all users of the park are... considerate pet owners.

The Cove Customer Service support are efficient and friendly They are always there and quickly accommodating as they are on site and email any requests for any help with maintenance questions and solutions. All appliances are modern and new.

The shopping center across the street as turned into a very convenient and time saving travel after work.
