Everly

The maintenance team here is the best, Sid and Macon. Priscilla in the office is about the first office person, when you ask her about something she gets it done. Its sad when the office people change so often but so far she has been the best!

Everly place environment is recommendable especially for family. The whole place is neat, tidy, well maintained with facilities (pool, gym, function room, bbq pit and fireplace). Everly is beautiful aesthetically, we so love the landscape outside with beautiful flowers. We also like that we have a designated room for delivery packages separated with the mails. We hope that the management will continue to maintain the property well and organized.

We had a love at first sight with Everly place and after 1 week of staying we are loving it. Everything is nice, clean, tidy and organized. We love how the property is being managed and well maintained. Kudos!

Everly is clean, quiet, safe, and reasonably priced. The maintenance people and the front office people are knowledgeable and friendly. Fellow residents are also friendly. Amenities include garage parking at no added cost, a fitness room, a community room, and an outside pool. Further, within one-half mile there's a supermarket, a restaurant, a donut shop, an I-95 entrance, and a I-95 exit.

The people I have dealt with at Everly, Calli, Pricila, Macon and Sid have been great.
