Residences at Annapolis Junction

I toured many communities before finding my home here at AJ Apartments. I chose AJ because no other community felt like HOME. The process of moving was seamless because of the thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable staff here at AJ. I enjoy the activities that they take time to plan. It gives you a chance to meet neighbors and the amenities here are awesome.

Like the place only problem with when it comes to maintenance they don’t follow they always just submit work is done without checking so please follow up on work that is done properly before marked done

I absolutely love my apartment. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They take pride in showing that they care about their community.

Nice apartments and very clean building. The apartment is very nice with a huge closet and nice kitchen appliances. There is an excellent gym, large pool, and a pool table. The staff are great and courteous. I love that there is a secure parking garage.

I have never lived in a better community. The community is well maintained, they have monthly events, food trucks come, all the things! Above all the staff, every single one of them, are the nicest people.
