Pros : staff is nice , apartment is beautiful, the area of Arlington is beautiful and safe / clean . Cons : the elevators have been down numerous times in the 1.5 weeks we have been here - and they do not get fixed quickly- we have a dog, and have 17 flights of stairs. It also appears one elevator is always down , so when there are move ins there is legit only 2 elevators for the whole building- with often a line in the lobby. The elevator’s are a real big problem. The hall ways and elevators... are very poorly air conditioned, it’s super humid and stuffy.

JSol apartments are wonderful, the staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. The building is conveniently located near the metro as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartments are well thought out, and beautiful. Very pleased so far after moving in.

Poor communication regarding ongoing issues. AC being down for over a month and still being charged for it. Hard to give this place more than 2 stars.

Room, amenities, and service are very nice. However, there have been quite a lot of maintenance issues lately such as elevators broken a mold in the ceiling in the hallway.

Great apartment building and space, with top-notch amenities and a well organized mailroom. Management is also responsive to requests. While our particular apartment is nice, wished we had more windows that opened, as air ventilation in our unit is so-so. A dehumidifier has made a big difference, along with the dry setting on the thermostat.
