I had a very pleasant experience living at Astrid Apartment. The building is clean, modern, and well maintained. The apartments are spacious with a great layout, and the finishes feel high quality. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, which made living here stress-free.

I love living here. Management is helpful and responsive. Fastest maintenance I have ever had. Beautiful design is a nice bonus. Good amenities. Ample notice in advance of regularly scheduled in-unit maintenance.

The issue isn't that management is bad, but rather that people aren't listening to them. This is problematic because some residents are taking advantage of the lack of enforcement and doing whatever they want, disregarding the rights of others. The management seems ineffective in addressing these issues, allowing problematic behavior to continue unchecked.

Garage doors have been an issue and is unsafe. If the doors are wide open anyone has access to the Astrid and can get in go anywhere. Very unsafe

Beautiful place. Great staff. Great amenities. However, floors/ceilings are very skimpy. You can follow each step of the people living above you.
