Facility is really new and clean. We are impressed by the property management team. Mark was really helpful through our rent application. He was very quick to respond our questions and patient to listen any concerns that we may have.

As a whole, the apartment is clean and lovable, but the noise outside and inside could be bigger than expected. The customer service from the concierge and leasing management is pretty good. But I discovered some spikes on the edges of carpets in rooms. Whenever I step on the parts, it hurt my feet pretty hard. I want it to be repaired as soon as possible.

Clean, but noisy inside and outside. I love the beautiful view from the window. Customer service is excellent. But there is some room for improvement.

This place is new and clean, gym room equipment is full of choices. Shuttle service is very convenient, if Astrid can extend the shuttle service to weekend as well, that will be excellent.
