John Lambrecht is the Broker/Owner of Lambrecht Realty and the 5th generation of this local real estate family that has served Metro Detroit for over 100 years. He launched Lambrecht Realty in 2013 because he wanted to offer a real estate brokerage that excelled in customer service and would help clients find the best real estate options that fit their residential and commercial needs. While attending University of Detroit Jesuit, John worked for his family’s company beginning in property management of the 400,000 square foot Book Tower at the age of 16. He continued in this position post graduation from Loyola University Chicago until 2010. His experienced ranged from building operations, sales, and development. It is John’s mission to provide his clients with the highest levels of integrity, client satisfaction, and hard work. With almost twenty years of real estate experience at the age of 35, Lambrecht is well versed in residential and commercial real estate, as well as development. Lambrecht’s experience ranges from selling/buying/leasing luxury homes, historic sites, condos, land, warehouses, and office buildings. On top of working in real estate, Lambrecht opened two of Detroit’s most notable restaurants, Bookies Bar & Grille and Fountain Bistro in Campus Martius Park.
