Great Place

I love my morning walks seeing all the wildlife that are present throughout the property. I see deer and turkeys almost daily. The office always has an extra water or snack for you if you just feel like stopping. This is overall a great place to live.

Great Management

Donald and Marina are the greatest! Anytime I have had an issue regarding my home here at Gateway they have been understanding, prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend this community to friends. They give Gateway a welcoming "family" vibe while being very professional.
