AC repair I had my A/C seen for 3 times and there is no change in the status of it. It’s been very hot outside and absolutely need that repaired. I also experienced nose bleeds.

Disappointed You know I was so transparent, and I think it stabbed me in the back. I started out wanting a one bedroom deluxe, but for whatever reason and the miscommunication and the shuffling around and insensitivity from the office staff made it so I’m in this they want to call standard deluxe!!! Which I didn’t know they even had and I feel like I’m being up charged on my rent, paying for deluxe price for a standard unit! NO, it wasn’t a good experience and I’m not a happy tenant. I have a... work order in and I’ve been here a week tomorrow and I’m still waiting to hear from somebody to get back to me so unprofessional. Really starting to regret my decision at this point.

Shower Remodel Remodel took longer than a week due to emergency maintenance calls I was told but they were always very kind, courteous and respectful of my time and apartment. Very happy with the end result. Thank you!
