I have, at this time, lived here for one week. The entire move-in process was easy and low-pressure; at no point did I feel like the office staff was using hard-sell techniques to get me to move in. From the moment I toured the facility until I turned in my apartment checklist, all staff were polite, professional, and low-key.
My apartment is nice, if no frills. I have a one-bedroom "luxury". The laundry is in the building, not the unit, and the kitchen is a tight galley-style, but the... apartment itself is neat and compact, with several closets tucked into small, otherwise-wasted, spaces.
The unit uses keyless entry and a smart-home thermostat. Via the SmartRent app, I can lock or unlock my door remotely (and know if someone else unlocks it). I can change the thermostat on the fly. Oddly enough, I can't pay my rent through the app anywhere that I've found.
Laundry can be done via a card or an app. Possibly tap-to-pay as well. I've looked at the laundry room (two washers and two dryers for my 20-unit building), but haven't had time to use it yet. It was small but acceptable.
There were a few small maintenance issues when I moved in. Some were very minor. The three big ones were a missing screen in the bedroom window (somewhat important in the summer, when I like to use airflow to cool my place), blinds that I could not raise or lower in the bedroom (stuck with about five inches open at the bottom, so I'm not currently sleeping in the bedroom), and lukewarm water in the bath/shower (but nowhere else in the apartment). I reported these items when I turned in my checklist on the seventh day; the water was fixed the next day as an emergency request.
One last small note: no microwave in the unit. I'm not very attached to using a microwave, so I don't mind, but some might.
Overall, I currently give Swiss Valley Apartments a full five stars. I will try to remember to update my review if that changes.

They turned off the water for everyone in my building and do not communicate. Find another place!

The hallways are constantly trashed. The office staff are very rude and do not explain anything. The rent is very high for what you get, which is basically a small room. After a month of living there we had numerous things break and the AC has never worked well. They say dogs and cats are allowed but told us we can only let our dog go to the bathroom in the parking lot. Also our car was stolen from the parking lot and it is very unsafe. The front door to the complex is not locked and anyone can... come in and out. The laundry room is in a different building and costs a lot for just one load.

Swiss Valley Apartments is the worst place I've ever lived. I called the office to get my toilet and air conditioner fixed 3 different times about a week in between of all 3 times. Never once did anyone come over to even look at either one of them. My apartment smelled like marijuana everyday that I came home from work because people in the building were doing it everyday. You can't get your own WiFi service in your apartment. You have to go to the office and get their pre-installed service that... they already have from a company that I've never heard of before and it's very slow and quite expensive. I planned on getting through my lease and moving immediately after that but I was bombarded with an unexpected financial crisis. I had to break my lease and move. Since I couldn't give a 30 day notice to management they are billing me over $4,000 for the remainder of my lease. Apparently if I "squated" there for 30 days after I notified management I wouldn't be obligated to paying the insane remainder of the lease. I'm definately suggesting to anyone looking for a place to live to steer clear from the Edward Rose Establishment. Especially Swiss Valley Apartments.
