Avana West Park has a lovely and well maintained property, surrounded by nature yet walking distance to the city center. When touring, the office has helpful images of the renovation levels various units have to explain the varying cost. Plentiful guest parking and options for tenants.

This location is nice and near many retail stores. I have lived in this community since 2014. This is the third owner and I am not as happy with the managers.

Avanna West Park is a quiet, clean and very nice place to live. It has a great location. Close to schools, restaurants,grocery stores and easy highway access. Would recommend this place to live.
