Avanna West Park is a quiet, clean and very nice place to live. It has a great location. Close to schools, restaurants,grocery stores and easy highway access. Would recommend this place to live.

For the most part this property meets my needs, but lack of amenities other properties have-for example a party room (maybe I’m just not aware of one) a more modern building, better laundry services (laundry room is always trashed and sometimes the computer is offline and you have to go back and check to see if it has connected) and over all cleanliness of the common spaces. More updated units-my flooring and counters are vinyl and stained from previous tenants. I like my view off my balcony so... that’s the thing I enjoy the most. I know new units have a more updated floor and countertops and likely other upgrades, but it feels like those of us who have been here and have been good tenants, get penalized with the older materials used in the apartment. As I said, my needs here are mostly met-but know there are newer more modern building with better amenities for around the same price in the area. My view, the nice office staff and the location of the building keeps me here.

Over the course of my time living at Avana, any time we have had any issues come up(which isn’t often)-they have always been quick to address our concerns. Overall, we are happy and enjoy living here and would recommend it!
