HUNDREDS OF COCKROACHES IN OUR UNIT

Roach issues in multiple buildings!!! I can’t consider myself a tenant since I haven’t been able to stay a single night here due to a severe roach problem. There are many baby and adult roaches, plus eggs, on floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, countertops, appliances, etc. leaving us unable to live here for nearly 2 weeks and causing financial strain. I strongly advise caution due to health and safety concerns before renting here. We’ve spoken with residents in several buildings and everyone we talked... to has noticed roaches, including the hallways. Based on our conversations this seems to be an ongoing issue… We haven’t moved out yet and the unit is already back on the market.

Cockroaches

Property has numerous buildings with severe cockroach infestations and the last year and treatments seem largely ineffective. Be advised.

Nice place

It is the location that did it for me.great staff and very safe.the mall, target,Kohls dollar store everything is a minute away. Monica the manager is an angel.
